Affordable Home Nursing Care – Nurse Practitioner -Chicago West Suburbs

Our Family Nurse provides a $50 initial in-home nursing care consultation with owner Lisa Radville. Lisa is a nurse practitioner and registered nurse and an adult and pediatric expert. At this visit Lisa can help assess your needs and determine what Our Family Nurse can do for you. The $50 initial consultation is applied to your initial monthly plan. If we are not a good match Lisa can make recommendations for other sources of help. 

This initial consultation is our way of introducing Our Family Nurse. We know that selecting home nursing care is a very personal decision, and we would like you to meet your nurse and understand our services.

Our primary pricing plan is $500 per month for 6 hours of services including in-home visits and communications with your doctors and family, if authorized by the patient.

We also offer an hourly rate of $100, during which time we perform the services agreed in your patient agreement. We offer a discounted rate of $90 per hour for patients we visit two or more times per month.

To provide affordable home nursing care, we accept payment by cash, check and major credit card only, and do not accept private or public insurance including Medicare and Medicaid.
